• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing to be on call for a rotating schedule, nights & weekends
• Good communication & listening skills are a must!
• Ability to install / repair plumbing systems & fixtures, including toilets, faucets, water heaters & common plumbing repairs
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshooting and resolve problems on-site & quote estimates. Experience on residential and commercial jobs
• Excavation and small machines experience a plus
• Paid time off and company truck if you qualify
• Dispatch from home if you live in the Buffalo area
